Amazon Fire TV

Before you start

Have the email address and password of your Crystal TV account ready, and make sure your device is connected to the internet.

  1. Step 1

    Turn on your Amazon Fire TV and check that it's connected to the internet.

  2. Step 2

    Open the search (magnifying glass) in the Fire TV menu.

  3. Step 3

    Search for “[PLACEHOLDER: app name]”.

  4. Step 4

    Select the app and choose Install (or Get).

  5. Step 5

    Open [PLACEHOLDER: app name] and sign in with your Crystal TV account details.

  6. Step 6

    Pick a channel or video to check that everything plays.

Tip

Restart your Fire TV after installing: hold Select and Play/Pause for 5 seconds.
